Help With Mental Health
Are you in a Mental Health Crisis?
The First Response Service provides 24 hour access, seven days a week, 365 days a year for people of any age in mental health crises.
The service is open for anyone living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and can be contacted by calling 111 and selecting option 2.
You can also contact your GP directly Monday to Friday between 8.30am -6pm on 01763 260220.
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) Psychological Wellbeing Service.
Patients can self refer to this service via the website at www.cpft.nhs.uk and completing a self referral form, the website also provides useful information that may be of benefit . You can also contact them on 0300 300 0055.
Once the self referral is complete and sent, it will be triaged by the team and then you will be contacted by them.
